John Mielke is…. The Milkman!
He literally grew up “watching” the radio! Fascinated by the energy and excitement that came out of the speaker, radio was the only thing he was ever going to do! Growing up in the 70’s exposed him to all the classic greats. DJ’ing in high school and college in the 80’s and early 90’s, he immersed himself in every aspect of music. In fact, his first on air job was when he was just 13 years old. He’s been heard on commercials that have aired on major TV networks across North America and is also the official voice of radio stations around the world!
Career highlights include being a correspondent for the syndicated World Chart Show as well as appearances on The Rick Dees Weekly Top 40! Additionally, Milkman runs several successful on-line businesses for the radio, TV and podcast industry and has taught on air performance at the college level!
An avid boater, music fan, photographer and dog lover, Milkman can often be found on the water or hiking trails with his Bernese/Lab rescue Keltie!
